Financial Sector

  • Description: Technical report made to a financial institution in order to identify the economic, productive and organizational causes that justify the realization of a collective dismissal (Expediente de Regulaci√≥n de Empleo).
  • Work carried out: Analysis of the economic-financial situation of the entity, its productive capacity and the network of branches and offices in which it is structured in order to evidence the oversizing of the financial institution. Among the services provided, we held exhibitions with the unions of the entity.
  • Result: In progress and in process of latent fusion.

Teleco Sector

  • Description: Technical report performed for a company in the telecommunications sector in order to identify the economic, productive, technical and organizational causes that justify a breach of collective agreement, given the collective dismissal that the company has in progress.
  • Work carried out: Understanding the current regulation of the telecommunications sector. Analysis of the current economic and financial situation of the company as well as its future projections and the strong investment to be made in new technology (optical fiber) as a response to market demand. Identification of less productive businesses, the structural change in some of them and the excess of resources of the society that prevented reaching the desired objectives. Involvement of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Result: The collective agreement was breached after quickly being accepted by trade unions avoiding negative appearing in the news.

Construction Sector

  • Description: Technical report made to a company of the industrial sector dedicated to the manufacture of glass for the architectural business, the automotive and solar energy sector in order to identify the economic and productive causes that justify the realization of a collective dismissal (ERE).
  • Work carried out: Individualized study of each of the productive plants of the company and economic-financial analysis of the same as well as their high level of stock due to the conditions of continuous production of one of the plants. Involvement of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Result: A temporary collective dismissal (ERTE) was carried out after a media negotiation period.
