Industrial safety sector
- Description: Justifying Technical Report made to a company related to industrial safety in the automotive sector, with the aim of identifying the economic, productive and organizational causes that justify carrying out an extinctive collective dismissal and for which it had been sued.
- Work carried out: after the analysis of one of the business lines affected by a liberalization of the sector, its non-profitability has been proven as well as the existence of economic, productive and organizational causes, reaching the conclusion that the Company has the capacity productive enough to cover the demand after the collective dismissal.
- Result: favorable ruling for our client.
Textile Sector
- Description: Justifying Technical Report carried out for a company in the clothing and textiles sector, which has more than 70 stores distributed throughout Spain because one of its stores is facing losses and a sustained decrease in demand.
- Work carried out: through the analysis of past and current losses, the existence of the economic cause has been confirmed. Likewise, through verification of the continued decrease in demand which directly impacts the results of society (income), the productive cause has been proven. This productive cause leads to an organizational cause that, as a consequence of the fall in demand, restructures the way in which Society organizes production.
