Description: Arbitration request for breach of the commitments assumed in the contract regarding the acquisition of majority ownership of a company that owns a first-order tabac brand, dedicated to the elaboration, marketing and distribution of its product. In this context, the plaintiffs requested our collaboration as an independent expert for the quantification of lost profits caused by the impossibility of marketing and distributing said tabac.
