collapsible_all=&#8221;true&#8221;][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;Evaluating the risk of crimes\u2019 commission that may have to be faced by your company&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1488755821946-3bea9b60-4642&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h4>What actions will we carry out:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluation of the company&#8217;s exposure to the <strong>risk<\/strong> of being declared responsible for committing crimes on its behalf for not exercising due control<\/li>\n<li>Understanding and analysis of the <strong>current structure of the company&#8217;s controls<\/strong> and procedures and their level of application to mitigate the possibility of being declared criminally responsible.<\/li>\n<li>Definition of a <strong>Map of Criminal Risks,<\/strong> controls, and an action plan that allows to cover the improvement gaps identified in the analysis of the current structure of the controls and procedures implemented by the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;Defining a Crime Prevention and Detection Model that serves to prevent and detect the possible commission of crimes on behalf of your company&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1488755822139-75c53ba4-50ab&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h4>What actions will we carry out:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Design of an appropriate <strong>Crime Prevention and Detection Model.<\/strong> Once we establish what measures to implement, we will provide the guidelines and main characteristics of these measures, so that the company is able to set them up.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h4>We can help in<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>A map of criminal risks (\u201cidentify activities in which the crimes to be prevented may be committed\u201d);<\/li>\n<li>Procedures, preventive and reactive protocols against the commission of crimes;<\/li>\n<li>Financial resources allocated for this purpose;<\/li>\n<li>An ethical code and a whistleblower channel whose results are reported to the board of directors;<\/li>\n<li>A disciplinary system \u201cthat adequately sanctions the breach of the measures established by the model\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>A system of revision that allows a periodic verification of the model and its possible modifications.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;Developing a protocol for the prevention and detection of crimes&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1488755841884-8d2b48d6-75fb&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h4>What actions will we carry out:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Development of the Protocol for the Prevention and Detection of Crimes.<\/strong> It will serve to prevent and detect possible crimes\u2019 commission on behalf of the company. Where appropriate, it may be invoked to demonstrate in court (criminal) proceedings that proper control systems have been established in the respective organizations.
